Impressed with their professional approach

First time using this garage, and so far I am impressed with their professional approach, they appear to be straight to the point in regards what’s best for the customer to resolve their issue. I have to take my car back in for further work, which was discovered through diagnostic check, an issue that I have had for several months.
This problem was raised with my usual garage, their response was if the engines fails then bring it in. Not the response I expected and didn’t exactly fill me with confidence.
Hopefully all issues will be resolved, and if so, will use this garage for all future work.
