A heartfelt thank you to the staff

My wife and I can definitely say we have found our go-to garage for our 1 Series. And at a 5 minute walking distance we honestly couldn’t ask for more. Had to take our car for seized wheel security nuts which Prestige promptly removed and replaced, an oil pan replacement and just this week a wheel alignment which revealed some issues due to us driving through two nasty potholes (at least) on different occasions. The issues were explained in a very detailed way and we were given an amazing estimate too. The car is driving amazingly now! We’re very happy and will certainly be back for MOT and any other general maintenance. A heartfelt thank you to the staff which always receives us very warmly as well.
