Always very efficient and helpful

I have used Prestige Car Specialists for about 12+ years, mainly for MOTs and regular servicing and always found them to be very efficient and helpful. On the occasions that repairs were necessary they have thoroughly explained the problem and intended solutions and options before carrying out the procedure to a very satisfactory conclusion. I have recommended them to others and no-one has ever come back to me with a complaint, so I will continue to recommend them if the opportunity arises. They are so much cheaper than Mercedes dealerships too, even though they have wide knowledge and experience of the prestige vehicles that they specialise in.
